Enabling Account Migration Back to Bluesky’s PDS

While you could move your AT account from the Bluesky PDS to other PDSes, you couldn't move your account back to Bluesky until now, that is.

Bluesky is removing the restriction and allowing returning users to migrate back to the Bluesky PDS, find out more in their post:
