Bluesky Patent Pledge

Last week, Bluesky adopted the Protocol Labs Patent Non‑Aggression Pledge. Bluesky is the most popular implementation of AT Protocol, so we believe this will help promote trust within the AT Protocol community, reducing the fear of patent litigation that can hinder the adoption of a new technology.

Software patents are a controversial and complicated issue. We touched on them with Boris Mann in the latest episode of the Limeleaf podcast, which is all about AT Protocol and the future of open social works. Listen to it on the Limeleaf website, RSS, Spotify, or Apple Podcasts.
